KÄMMERER strengthens its sales leadership: Martin Mönke starts as Head of Sales!

KÄMMERER welcomes Martin as the new Head of Sales. In his role, he will collaborate closely with his team to further develop the company’s sales strategy and market presence. With experience in sales leadership, he has a strong focus on customer relations, innovation, and sustainable growth.

What motivated Martin to join KÄMMERER was the combination of a solid foundation and clear growth potential. He sees the opportunity to build on what already works well while thoughtfully developing structures and approaches for the future. Collaboration and joint progress play a vital role in his work.

Looking ahead, Martin is particularly excited about driving innovation and developing new products. Expanding the product portfolio and creating solutions that offer real value to customers are key priorities. Strengthening relationships with existing customers while attracting new partners is an important part of this process.
